Note: The ability to change your email address is not currently available, but we're planning to add this feature in a future update.
Current workaround:
If you need to use a different email address, you'll need to create a new SimplyScapes account with your preferred email. Unfortunately, designs and workspace data cannot be transferred between accounts at this time.
Important notes:
- You'll need to manually recreate any designs from your old account
- Export your designs as PDFs before creating the new account if you want to keep records
- Your subscription (if applicable) is tied to your original email address
