The plant library is extensive and always growing.

• As you begin, check to make sure that the address listed is the one you’ll be designing for. As listed earlier in this tutorial, this determines what plants show up for use in your design. To ensure that your designs are doable, only plants that fit in your hardiness zone will be available. 

• At the top, you can search for plants by name or use the filter tool next to the search bar. This filter tool has several settings that you can rifle through and adapt the search results to your needs. 

• If you’d rather just browse through and see what’s available to you, look beneath the search bar to browse through the plant categories (shade trees, shrubs, etc.). 

• You can also peruse the plant collections we’ve pulled together for you if you’re wanting a little inspiration (beautiful blooms, foliage focus, etc.).  Additionally, we've provided some easily adaptable templates for your use.

• At the bottom, you’ll see plants that are included for free (without purchasing a plan).
