How do I view my billing history?
See every past invoice and payment for your SimplyScapes workspace in one place. Check dates, amounts, payment status, and download receipts as PDFs.
Your billing history shows all past invoices and payments for your workspace subscription.
To view your billing history:
- Open the workspace menu by clicking your workspace name or avatar in the top left corner
- Select "Billing" from the menu
- Scroll down to the Invoice History section
You'll see a list of all invoices with:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status (Paid, Failed, etc.)
- Subscription plan name
To view details or download an invoice, click on any invoice in the history. From there, you can download the invoice or receipt as a PDF.
