Manage your SimplyScapes subscription, payments, and invoices. You'll find everything under your workspace name in the top-left corner, then Billing.

Want to cancel?
You can cancel any time. Go to your workspace name (top-left) → Billing → Manage subscriptions → Cancel subscription. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Full walk-through: How do I cancel my subscription?
Unexpected or duplicate charge?
Don't panic, most charges are a normal renewal or a free trial that converted. Start with Understanding charges on your account. If you think you see a charge you associate with an Instagram or Meta ad, that article explains it too. Updating your payment method
- Go to your workspace name (top-left) → Billing → Manage subscriptions.
- Update your card details in the billing portal.
- Save. Your next charge uses the new card.
Finding your receipts
We email a receipt for every payment. You can also view and download past invoices from Billing → View billing history. See How do I view my billing history?.
