Manage your SimplyScapes subscription in one place. Cancel any time, request a refund, update your card, and understand every charge on your account.

Manage your SimplyScapes subscription, payments, and invoices. You'll find everything under your workspace name in the top-left corner, then Billing.

Want to cancel?

You can cancel any time. Go to your workspace name (top-left) → BillingManage subscriptionsCancel subscription. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Full walk-through: How do I cancel my subscription?

Unexpected or duplicate charge?

Don't panic, most charges are a normal renewal or a free trial that converted. Start with Understanding charges on your account. If you think you see a charge you associate with an Instagram or Meta ad, that article explains it too. For a duplicate or clearly wrong charge, see How can I request a refund? or email support@simplyscapes.com.

Updating your payment method

  1. Go to your workspace name (top-left) → BillingManage subscriptions.
  2. Update your card details in the billing portal.
  3. Save. Your next charge uses the new card.

Finding your receipts

We email a receipt for every payment. You can also view and download past invoices from BillingView billing history. See How do I view my billing history?.
