Jobs is rolling out gradually and isn't switched on for every account yet. It's enabled workspace by workspace during the rollout, so you may not see Jobs in your left navigation — that's expected, and nothing is wrong with your workspace.

The Activity panel is the job's running record — what changed, when, and by whom — and it's where the conversation about the work happens.
Comments
Comment on the job to discuss it in the place the work actually lives, instead of in an email thread nobody can find later.
You can:
- Mention a teammate to bring them in
- Attach a file or photo to a comment
- Reply to a comment to keep a thread together
The history
Alongside comments, the panel records what happened to the job — status changes and other significant edits — in order. When someone asks "when did this become active?", the answer is there rather than in somebody's memory.
Comments on tasks
Tasks on the Build board have their own comments, so a conversation about one specific piece of work stays attached to it rather than to the whole job.
Tips
- Comment on the job for things about the project; comment on the task for things about that task. Future you will thank present you
- Mentioning someone is more reliable than assuming they'll scroll back
