Collect property photos, create and compare landscape designs, and attach a measured site plan — all from the Design tab of a job.

Jobs is rolling out gradually and isn't switched on for every account yet. It's enabled workspace by workspace during the rollout, so you may not see Jobs in your left navigation — that's expected, and nothing is wrong with your workspace.

The Design tab is where a project takes shape visually. It holds the photos of the property as it is, the designs you create from them, and the site plan.
Photos and designs
Photos are the starting point. Add photos of the property and they become the basis for designs.
Where a photo has a design made from it, the two are shown together on one tile with a slider you can drag to wipe between them — the existing garden on one side, the proposal on the other. It's the comparison clients actually respond to, without needing two windows open.
A photo can have more than one design against it, so you can show a client two directions and let them choose.
The site plan
A job can have one site plan, which is the measured, aerial view of the property.
You can create it straight from the job — it uses the property address already on the job to find the aerial imagery, so you don't search for the property again. Once created, it opens in the Site Planner where you draw and measure.
You can also attach a site plan you've already made.
A job holds one site plan at a time. Attaching a different one replaces it — the previous plan isn't deleted, it's just no longer the one this job points at.
Tips
- Photograph the property before you clear anything. The "before" shot is worth more than you think when the job is finished
- Wide shots make better design backgrounds than close-ups
Job statuses
Track where a landscape project stands, mark work won or lost, and record why deals don't go ahead so you can see patterns over time.
