Finding and filtering jobs
Use the jobs list to find any project fast — switch between list and thumbnail views, group by status or client, and see how your pipeline is doing at a glance.
Coming soon
Jobs is rolling out gradually and isn't switched on for every account yet. It's enabled workspace by workspace during the rollout, so you may not see Jobs in your left navigation — that's expected, and nothing is wrong with your workspace.
Want early access, or have thoughts on what you read here? Get in touch. We're actively looking for feedback from landscape pros while we build this, and it genuinely shapes what ships.
The jobs list is where every project lives. It's the first thing you see when you click Jobs.
Two ways to look at your jobs
- List — a table, best when you want to scan a lot of jobs and compare details
- Thumbnail — cards showing each job's cover image, best when you recognise projects by sight
Grouping
You can group the list by:
- Status — see your pipeline in stages
- Client — see everything you're doing for one customer
What the list shows
- A cover image — the job's main photo or design
- The job number and name
- The client
- The property address
- The status
- When it was last updated
Your pipeline at a glance
Above the list you'll see counts for the stages that matter most — how many leads are open, how much work you've sold, and how much is in progress. It's a quick read on where things stand without opening anything.
There's also a Why we lose report, which collects the reasons jobs didn't go ahead. See Job statuses for how those reasons get recorded.
Tips
- Sort by Updated to find the job you were last working on
- Group by Client before a client call so everything for them is in one place
